{"id":1911,"date":"2022-09-19T07:36:51","date_gmt":"2022-09-19T07:36:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.anfre.com\/?p=1911"},"modified":"2022-09-19T07:37:48","modified_gmt":"2022-09-19T07:37:48","slug":"register-now-2022-european-ceramic-days-28-30-november-brussels-belgium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/anfre.com\/?p=1911","title":{"rendered":"REGISTER NOW \u2502 2022 EUROPEAN CERAMIC DAYS \u2502 28-30 November \u2502 Brussels, Belgium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>2022 PRE Congress | 1-3 June | Vienna, Austria<\/strong><br \/>\nIt is our absolute pleasure to invite you to attend the <strong>2022 European Ceramic Days<\/strong> (<strong>22ECD<\/strong>), to be held on <strong>28-29-30 November<\/strong> <strong>2022<\/strong> in <strong>Brussels<\/strong>, and more particularly to the <strong>European Parliament Ceramics Forum<\/strong> (<strong>EPCF<\/strong>) scheduled for <strong>29 November <\/strong>at the<strong> European Parliament<\/strong>, which will be followed by the <strong>EPCF Cocktail<\/strong> and a <strong>Commemorative Dinner<\/strong>, marking the<strong> 60<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary <\/strong>of <strong>Cerame-Unie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the positive evolution of the <strong>COVID-19<\/strong> pandemic, we are happy to announce that the <strong>22ECD <\/strong>will be held as an <strong><u>in-person event<\/u><\/strong>. However, <strong>CU Members<\/strong> will still be able to join the <strong>Sectoral Meetings<\/strong> <strong>remotely<\/strong> (via Webex conference calls).<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>European Ceramic Days<\/strong> is an annual event that brings together <strong>high-level representatives<\/strong> of the <strong>European Ceramic Industry<\/strong> with <strong>officials and policymakers<\/strong> from <strong>national <\/strong>and <strong>EU authorities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>EPCF<\/strong> has hosted multiple debates and high-level meetings on various subjects of key importance to the ceramic industry, including climate policy, energy transition, trade policy, decarbonisation and the role of electrification, circular economy, etc. During the<strong> 27<sup>th<\/sup> Plenary Meeting<\/strong> held on <strong>16 November 2021<\/strong>, the <strong>EPCF<\/strong> focused on the <strong>decarbonisation of Ceramics<\/strong> under the <strong>\u201cFit for 55\u201d package<\/strong> and on the need for access to <strong>sustainable finance<\/strong> under the <strong>Green Taxonomy Regulation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This year and as illustrated in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cerameunie.us3.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=9c07f573a21fa95cc24a880f1&amp;id=c08030fd31&amp;e=64cf44328c\">Ceramic Roadmap to 2050: Continuing our Path to Climate Neutrality<\/a><\/strong> (published in November of 2021), the <strong>EPCF<\/strong> will focus on the <strong>essential role<\/strong> that the ceramic industry plays in the <strong>implementation of the<\/strong> <strong>Green Deal<\/strong> <strong>throughout its numerous and strategic value chains<\/strong>,\u00a0 thanks to its <strong>global champions<\/strong> (mostly SMEs) providing over <strong>200.000 direct local jobs<\/strong> in virtually all EU Member States.<\/p>\n<p>We would be honoured to welcome you to the <strong>22ECD<\/strong>, in all or part of these events.
